The Episode starts with Rajat telling Roshni about Sameer’s board meeting. They talk about difference in best and biggest and laugh. She says I wish no one’s bad sight affects Leela. Pintu Ghosh comes there and asks for Malhotra. Rohan talks to Shaheen and says we have Lord with us. She misses her parents. Shaheen’s parents come to see her and go to the private ward. Pintu and Malhotra go to Mona’s cabin for the meeting. Malhotra introduces Pintu Ghosh. She asks what business can he develop. Pintu tells her business works by money, reputation and network. He gets calls and says he is in meeting.

He says I have get profits for you, I can transfer patients from any city. She talks about OPD per day and he says he can get it doubled. She asks is he joking. Pintu asks what will I get, and tells his terms about 20% commission. She agrees to hire him. Shaheen’s parents come to the ward and cry seeing her. Rohan asks them to sit and leaves. Shaheen turns her face and cries. Her mum apologizes to her. Shaheen asks her mum not to cry.She says she is out of danger now. Her dad meets Rohan and offers help. Rohan says I m glad you guys came, Shaheen was missing you. Her dad thanks Rohan.

Mona talks to everyone in board meeting and says we are curious to know Sameer’s agenda. Sameer gives a rocking speech without any colorful presentation. He tells his fundamentals and asks them to focus. He says we have to focus in one direction and make efforts for patient care. He says patient keeps his life in our hands with fees, and what do we give him, we should give him care.

He says I decided a doctor’s team will care for patients. Mona asks care to what limit. Sameer says I did not mean we will agree to their demands. Mona says hospital has some rules, we should not forget patient is our customer, we are service provider and hospital is industry. Sameer says this is our mistake, for me human life comes first and then comes business, patients should know we care for their lives, not money.

He says Roshni will lead the team who will take care of patients, and keep a diagnostic team, Roshni and I will decide which doctor to be appointed for the surgery, we know one wrong diagnostic can bring Leela at stake, we should control hand hygiene. He says we will have 4 things to focus on, best diagnostics, patient care, best doctors and best hygiene, then no one can stop us from becoming best, we need more quality machines too, I hope its clear to Mona.

Rajat asks Mona why is she upset. Mona says running hospital is like business, Sameer did not talk about profits. Mona tells him that she did not expect this from Sameer and he was talking like Roshni. Rajat pacifies her and says he agrees with Sameer. He asks her to trust Roshni and his decision. He tells her that Vasundara wants to meet her. Roshni gets coffee for Sameer and thanks him. She misses Kishore. She gets Nick’s call and says he has a good news. She says I have a good news too and tells him that everything got fine, we got Leela nursing home back, Rajat and mum’s fight ended, I got license and got surgeon job in Leela, Rajat presented me a cabin. Nick says I m really happy for you. Sameer looks on and smiles. She says Nick, you… and leaves talking.. Sameer gets alert.

The Episode starts Rohan talking to Shaheen. The doctor checks Shaheen. Rohan says all thanks to Dr Roshni, I want to thank her, can I meet her. The doctor asks him to meet Roshni when she comes tomorrow on duty. He gets Roshni’s call and says patient got conscious. Roshni asks him to keep followup. Rohan talks to Roshni and thanks her, saying she has saved Shaheen. Roshni says Lord has to make someone a mode, your love is true, take rest. Rohan thanks her and cries. Sameer smiles recalling Roshni.

Roshni calls Sameer and tells that Shaheen got conscious and is fine. She asks about his dad. He says he is fine and praises you, you are on every news channel. She says I felt you are irritating person and good doctor. He laughs. They have a talk. Its morning, Vasundara comes to know Kishore has left. Vasundara and Rajat go to Leela hospital to abort Mona’s child. Rajat looks at Vasundara and is sad. She recalls Mona’s words. Mahesh waits outside with Roshni and Rajat. Vasundara goes to Mona and recalls Kishore’s words.

She comes out and cries. Roshni and Rajat console her and ask what happened, is she fine. Vasundara says I could not abort the baby, I m sorry, I m selfish mum. Rajat says no, if mum gets selfish, world would get over, I love you mum. He hugs her. Vasundara says I will become Dadi and laughs. Rajat comes to Mona and they are happy. Mona tells him that her dad will kick him. He says he took her dad’s permission. She asks him to take his permission. He says he has come to meet her and baby.

She gets upset. He asks what happened, he did not crack bad joke, its all fine now. She says don’t know, I feel strange, I feel your mom accepted me for this baby and you, I m unwanted. He says its tough for my mum, I know you will make place in her heart. He makes her smile.

Sameer cooks for his dad and makes him have the food. His dad says he invited someone. Roshni comes and greets Sameer. She wishes him happy birthday. Sameer thanks her and says but I.. She says I know you don’t celebrate, that’s why I m here, birthday means new life and new beginning. She gets a cake for him. His dad plays violin and Sameer cuts the cake. They celebrate.

Rajat comes to Vasundara and says Roshni went in her friend’s birthday. He asks her to join Leela. Vasundara asks whats the need. He asks her to join as board member, its imp meeting tomorrow. She says no, don’t drag me in meetings, I will join after your marriage. He says it will get late. She says I want to meet Mona and talk to her. He says sure, I will pass on your message. Sameer tells Roshni about his mum leaving him and then he never celebrated his birthday. She says you still have your dad, to get rid of bad memories, you have to make good memories. Sameer smiles.

Its morning, Mahesh calls Anand and says Mona’s husband wants divorce soon and is ready for out of court settlement. Anand gets glad. Mona comes to Leela hospital and Malhotra reminds her about Pinto. She says I forgot. He asks shall I call him for meeting today. She says fine, I will meet after lunch. Malhotra smiles.

Rajat brings Roshni to her new cabin and surprises her. She says I love it and thanks him. He says you deserve this. She recalls talking to Raghunandan. She says I feel I m moving ahead. He says yes, this is just beginning. She says we have to go ahead.

The Episode starts with Malhotra calling Pintu and asking him to get a job in Leela. Pintu asks him what is it. Malhotra asks him to meet in Leela hospital. Pintu agrees. Rajat tells family about Roshni’s successful surgery handling. They all congratulate Roshni and hug her. Rajat gets calls from media and tv reporters. He thanks Roshni. She says I did my work, thanks for trusting my abilities. He says I m more confident about you than myself. She asks about Mona.

He says its serious situation, mom does not like her, I can’t leave Mona. Roshni asks him to give time to mom, she will agree. He asks if she does not agree. She says she will agree. Mona drinks wine and recalls Rajat’s words. Mahesh stops her and asks her to forget Rajat and not blame herself. She thinks she did not get happiness doing anything, she got happiness just with Rajat and now even he is slipping off her hands. She breaks things and asks for Mahesh’s car. She cries.

Kishore asks Badri to have cocktail. Badri refuses thinking its wine. Kishore says its not wine. They cheer for Rajat and Roshni who made them proud. Mona comes there. Kishore asks Mona to celebrate with them, and tells about Roshni’s first successful surgery. Mona says this family was close to her and she wants to celebrate with them. She says I want to say whatever happened between me and Rajat was because of our state of mind, anyway I did not do anything to become this house’s bahu, I know you all don’t want this.

She says I know my marital status will spoil this family’s reputation, so I thought to break off with Rajat and resign from Leela, as it won’t be easy for me, I have decided to abort this baby too. They all get shocked. Mona says I just want aunty to do this abortion, so that this matters stays within home. She asks Rajat to book an OT for her and be with aunty. She congratulates Roshni for the surgery success. She leaves.

Rajat gets sad and goes to his room. Vasundara asks everyone not to look at her. Roshni says Mona loves Rajat. Vasundara says its not love, you all heard what she said. Roshni says Rajat loves Mona since college days, he really likes her a lot, I know he was feeling helpless when Mona’s marriage was fixed, when Mona has come back in his life, he has found love again. Kishore says Vasundara’s problem is she dislikes Mona. He defends Mona. Vasundara says I really dislike Mona, all the problems happened by Mona, this was an acting to make us emotionally involved, see you all got on her side. Rajat says no need to argue, I have booked OT, Mona will reach at 7am, your problems will end mom. Roshni goes to pacify Rajat.

Sameer comes home and hugs his dad. He asks how is he. Sameer asks him about medicines. His dad says I took medicines. Sameer says I know you well, you forgot, and gives him medicines. They talk about Shaheen’s case and Roshni saving her life. Sameer says Roshni has done an impossible thing and praises her. His dad tells about Kishore and his family saving many lives. He says I have to say thanks to Roshni again. Sameer says sure, take rest now. His dad says you both looked good on tv and teases him. Sameer asks him to sleep and hugs him. Roshni tries convincing Vasundara. She asks her to think of three lives.
